Backend upgrades -- s9y & PgSQL 8.1

It's that time again!

Serendipity has been upgraded to 0.9, and PostgreSQL to 8.1. I've been testing this on the side for a few days and haven't seen any problems, but that doesn't mean there isn't something I may have missed! Please let me know if you see anything wrong.
