I don't think we're going to be migrating any time soon. Daboo cast her vote for 3.5, which means we'll be continuing to use that ruleset throughout her campaign. After discussing it with her, I think I'll continue to use 3.5 for my ongoing campaign as well.
1) We won't lose the bard and monk class that two of our players are using.
2) Everyone already has an abundance of books for 3.5
3) I don't have time to read through three more core rulebooks, when I'm still struggling to recall all the combat rules for 3.5
Reasons I Like 4th Edition:
From what I've read about the 4th edition ruleset, the classes are more balanced from level 1 - 30. The skills are simplified. Healing doesn't require that someone just stand there in battle casting healing spells instead of fighting.
